How does the free trial work?
Every new shop gets the whole product for 60 days, with no card asked for at signup. You get a reminder 7 days before it ends, then pick a plan — including the free Starter plan.
What happens if I don't choose a plan in time?
Your shop keeps running for a 7-day grace period after the trial ends. Only after that is the storefront paused — your products and orders stay safe, and choosing a plan brings it straight back.
How do my customers pay?
Today, shoppers pay cash on delivery through the post or courier, and you mark the order completed once the money reaches you. Online card payments are on the way.
Can I use my own domain?
Yes, on Standard and Pro. Every shop also gets a Dlanko subdomain, which is all the Starter plan includes.
Can my team work in the shop too?
Yes. Starter is for one person, Standard includes up to 3 staff accounts, and Pro has no limit. You decide what each role is allowed to do.
Can I change or cancel my plan later?
Any time, from your shop's billing page. Moving to a smaller plan never deletes anything — if you have more products than the plan allows, you keep them all and simply can't add new ones.
Who handles billing and VAT?
Subscriptions are billed monthly through Paddle, our payment partner, who acts as merchant of record and takes care of VAT. You get a proper invoice every month.
